sol2010
Hello I frequently receive feedback on the WHMCS registration / sign up form on our website. We use the standard WHMCS client registration form - The feedback is as follows; When a user completes all of the form, but there is one field missing / or one field has an error (users often make mistakes) - the form resets several fields back to being blank again - e.g. password / captcha / how did they hear / receive news / etc.... so the user has to fill all of these out again (as well as correcting the field that had the error). I think this is rather annoying... why does it have to reset all of those fields.... why can't it simply "remember" all of the entered data and only require the field that's missing or with error to be completed..... ..... unless it's just me!! Thanks for listening!
