When i'm going to save anything on General Settings & Click on Save Changes it's returning with an 403 error.

Check you .htaccess file for any directives that might be triggering the 403 error. 

A 403 error is generated by the webserver, not the script (in this case WHMCS).

That sounds like a web application firewall like modsec.

It's triggering an alert because of the POSTed data
