Adding GSuite emails into Support Departments

Hello,

I followed the integration options for google apps to a tee. However, my support system is not importing any tickets. I've got the following error messages:

POP Import Log
Date: 24/09/2019 21:04:10
Host: pop.gmail.com
Email: info@hickman.io
Connection error: Can't connect to gmail-pop.l.google.com,995: Network is unreachable
Host: pop.gmail.com
Email: sales@hickman.io
Connection error: Can't connect to gmail-pop.l.google.com,995: Network is unreachable
Host: pop.gmail.com
Email: support@hickman.io
Connection error: Can't connect to gmail-pop.l.google.com,995: Network is unreachable
Host: pop.gmail.com
Email: press@hickman.io
Connection error: Can't connect to gmail-pop.l.google.com,995: Network is unreachable

Also, the IMAP server settings are as follows:

imap
IMAP c-Client Version   2007e
SSL Support     enabled
Kerberos Support    enabled
