I'm having problems logging new tickets and adding items to open tickets.


Can you please check? I need to add something to an open ticket.


When saving a ticket, it seems okay but my comments don't show. When opening new tickets, they don't appear and it says that it doesnt exist.

Im experiencing problems with the ticketing system (for my account here), every time i submit a ticket, it tells me that it has been submitted, issues a ticket number but when I click on it to review i get this error:


An error occured. The requested ticket could not be found.


I have tried 3 times. what can I do?
