pcburakq Posted September 9, 2019 Share Posted September 9, 2019 Hello, We were using WHMCS 5.2, as you've all know it was quite old. So recently we have upgraded to WHMCS 7.7.1. We have solved most of our internal problems but an issue occured when controlling Plesk panel accounts. Plesk module requires accounts to have external_id's but our mod_pleskaccounts is empty apart from one single hosting account created after the update. Plesk kb's requires us to fetch external id's from whmcs to apply to the plesk server. Related kb can be reached clicking here. But our mod_pleskaccounts table is empty so we cannot use this method.
