When I tried to view the ticket, it told me to log in. It wouldn't accept my (saved) password, so I used the 'forgot password' feature. Lo and behold, The email address you entered could not be found. The ticket system does not add your email to it's system, use the URL given to you by the email that was sent out to you. Adam Posted August 16, 2006 Share Posted August 16, 2006 Hey, Also, vist http://support.whmcs.com/submitticket.php and submit your ticket from that page. This will insure that your ticket has been added to the database. You should be able to see your ticket after you hit the submit.
