Can I see a direct link to customers support ticket anywhere?

Hi,

we are using support tickets to organize work tasks with some of our customers. However sometimes it is necessary to reference it in e-mail and we haven't found a simple way to do it yet.

I know we can login as the customer and copy the direct link from his customer account or look into e-mail that whmcs sent to the customer after our reaction to the ticket. But both ways are inconvenient.

Is there a way to display the direct link in the support section of admin area?
