Mark B
Hi folks. Can anyone tell me if the nextinvoicedate field is used by WHMCS if invoicing is set to be in relation to expirydate (Sync Next Due Date enabled, Number of days in advance 0, invoice generation 30 days prior to expiry.) If so, how is it maintained? Kind Regards, Mark
WHMCS Technical Analyst II WHMCS Alex Posted May 1, 2019 WHMCS Technical Analyst II Share Posted May 1, 2019 Hello, Thanks for reaching out to WHMCS. The nextinvoicedate field is used when you have the "Continuous Invoice Generation" feature enabled: https://docs.whmcs.com/Invoicing_Setup#Continuous_Invoice_Generation I hope this helps.
Mark B
Yes! that's very helpful Alex, thanks. I've been having a few issues and that would explain it. So if I turn the continuous invoicing option off, will invoices just be generated in relation to the due_date irrespective of weather the previous one was (marked as) paid? Or if this is not the case, how does WHMCS determine payment (or not) of the previous invoice? BR, Mark
