Now you can replace it with your own word for example {TASK ID} or {PROJECT ID} or {any words you want}. If you are looking for module to change WHMCS ticket ID words in email subject then this is the only WHMCS module that will perform this work for you. https://marketplace.whmcs.com/product/4851 i wish that all people enjoy this module .thanks click here to  visit the module

Hello salahelhamouly,

We're trying to modify the subject for New Tickets opened from the backoffice ((Then ones that operators open from "Support" -> "Open New Ticket" menu)) and we found your post. We tried to find your module, but we didn't find it.

Can you help us providing the details of what you modified so we can apply those changes to our whmcs?

Thanks in advance.
