An issue which just started which was not happening before is whenever

you try to create
Module Command Error
An unknown error occurred

suspend : Module Command Error
Permission denied: You do not have the required privileges to run

terminate Module Command Error
An unknown error occurred

etc, it just says

Module Command Error

An Unknown Error Occurred

When you go into the server settings and click WHM it can login to WHM just fine
When i check Brute Force Protection no block and i have add whitelist IP WHMCS
so that works...

Any ideas?

 Thanks!

Hi @tonyquach

The reason you're getting this error is due to permissions settings on your server. The response displayed is not generated by WHMCS, it is only parsed from the response received from your server. You'll want to reach out to your web host or systems administrator to inquire on getting the proper permissions added to your API keys - https://docs.whmcs.com/CPanel/WHM#API_Token_Permissions
