Invoice not generating?

Hi All,

 

I just imported a user from CPANEL using the import utility and yesterday I set the users "Next Due Date" to today so that the invoice would automatically generate, though today, nothing happened.

 

Am I doing something wrong ?

Any word on what to do in this situation? I have the same issue. I don't know if I should manually create an invoice or if there is a way to auto generate one.

I dont know about you but my Cron job for WHMCS runs very early in the morning. You could set the next date for tomorrow so your Cron sees it or you could manually send this one.

You can also use the 'Generate Invoices' Button on the admin home page rather than wait for the cron to run.

You can also generate invoices for just that one user from the link on their summary page.

as i recall, sometimes it took an extra day, not sure why, but give it one more day.
