Configgeneral.php save error

Hello,

I can speak english but little, sorry.

I using front page is wordpress and I use panel page is whmcs. Ok.

Today,

configgeneral.php edit and "save" button. but not save. its going to wordpress "not found" page.

for example screenshot:

General Settings > Save Changes (I use Hostiko whmcs control panel theme for back)

And don't save go to wordpress not found page. (it's hostiko wordpress theme page for front)

Thanks for reaching out on the Community.

This error is usually related to one of two things. You should try them in this order:

1. Try setting "Friendly URLs" under Setup >> General Settings to "Basic URLs"
Occasionally, if this is set to another option which your server doesn't fully support, 404 errors can occur.

2. Temporarily rename your Wordpress .htaccess file to .htaccess.bak and try again.
This temporarily disables .htaccess for Wordpress. If WHMCS is hosted in a directory in the same place as Wordpress, this .htaccess can cause issues. Temporarily disabling and trying again will help to rule that out.
