ioncube not installing so whmcs will not install

can not get pass this error with ioncube ... this is the first time I have ever worked with this module

Server error I get is this:

  This may be due to server restrictions in place.
• The necessary zend_extension line could not be found in the configuration.

Please also note the following:

• The correct loader for your system has been found at /var/www/vhosts/thenet4you.net/thenet4you-net/ioncube/ioncube_loader_lin_7.3.so. You may wish to copy the loader from /var/www/vhosts/thenet4you.net/thenet4you-net/ioncube/ioncube_loader_lin_7.3.so to /opt/plesk/php/7.3/lib64/php/modules.

I checked and made sure the etc config file was updated correctly and no mis spelled words...

I am running PLESK already successfully on my server ....
