WHMCS and Kayako integration Tickets without subject line

Hello,

Facing an issue which has been reported by our customer that if ticket is submitted without subject from the WHMCS's customer portal ticketing services, and having it bonded to Kayako as parser,  no ticket is being created nor any notification sent. There is a line saying 

You did not enter a subject

..but really think it should deny on submitting ticket while all required fields filled properly.

Anyone faced similar issue or should we report it to WHMCS DevOps team?
