nitro
I am about to suspend a client's service for non-payment of their account. I was wondering if WHMCS would continue to auto-generate invoices for them while they are suspended (as I would like) or will I have to do some manual trickery when they get around to paying their overdue invoice to generate their next month's invoice? Thanks.
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted December 16, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted December 16, 2007 Invoices are still generated for suspended accounts. Matt
mrprez
It depends on how you have your settings for that option. Go to Config/General Config and then the Invoices tab. Tick the first box there. John

nitro
Thanks John - I think the checkbox you mention is in relation to generating new invoices even if the last is not paid, and not to do with whether an account has been suspended or not.
