SeanFBM Posted November 20, 2018 Share Posted November 20, 2018 I'm looking to create a nice fluid setup for chatting with clients that visit my site. There are quite a few options for chatting with web visitors through Slack (on my end), but converting that conversation into a WHMCS ticket is much less convenient. I am able to convert a "message" into a ticket with smallchat, slack, zapier and WHMCS.
