startover909 Posted October 15, 2018 Share Posted October 15, 2018 (edited) Currently, if a contact is added under a WHMCS client and "View/Open Ticket" permission is granted, this person can access all support tickets under the client, including those opened by other contacts and the master account owner. I'd like the ability to add a checkbox to each contact to optionally restrict them to access their own support tickets only. Please let me know if there's an existing add-on/module that can already do this, or the cost for you to customize it. Thanks.
