Accessing registrar module config from a hook

Hi!

I'm developing a custom registrar module, and need to extend some functionality using module hooks. The problem is that hook calls don't provide the module configuration options stored encrypted in tblregistrars table like the calls of the standard module functions do. Is it at all possible to retrieve this information from a hook?
