notdonski
Hi, I was wondering if there's a way to downgrade the service instead of suspending/terminating the service completely if there's an unpaid invoice, using configurable options. For more context, we have a free product in WHMCS for "service support" (the customer's actual service is always active whether they signed up with us or not, but they have to sign up for an account and add the "product" in WHMCS to get support) but at the same time we want to provide them the option to upgrade their service for a recurring monthly fee. If they fail to pay for whatever reason we want to switch back to the free (or $0 recurring if needed) option instead of completely disabling/terminating the product. I understand that product addons might be the best way to go about this, but it would require a lot of refactoring on our end. Thanks!
Kian
Trigger the downgrade with DailyCronJob action hook X days after the invoice is still unpaid.

Thanks for the idea. So I should trigger the downgrade before WHMCS gets to terminate the service? And for the provisioning module, the only thing I need is the changePackage function right?
