Bertie Posted September 11, 2018 Share Posted September 11, 2018 (edited) What is the best way to see why this has started occurring on our WHMCS installation? "Email Sending Aborted by Hook". We are using PHP to send the emails. We are on version 7.5.2 and haven't really touched any configs or anything like that in a while. It only seems to be the invoice emails where you click on a specific invoice and choose which one you want to do on the drop down menu. So for example: Invoice Payment Confirmation. I have figured it out, it was due to the invoice being £0 and there is a hook in place to not send £0 invoices out to clients so now it makes sense.
