When I go under a client's service and try to add an addon service to it, i get the following error : Domain is already pointed to SpamExperts mail exchange (MX) servers. I have verified the MX records of my domain are NOT pointing there, and was just wondering how to go forward. LeftBrainSolutions Posted July 17, 2018 Share Posted July 17, 2018 I am having the same issue, but I have tried terminating/deleting the addon and re-adding ( new order) it after resetting the DNS but am still not able to get past the attempt configuration button / MX error. I used to have SpamExperts active for a specific domain, then yesterday I migrated to whmcs connect spamexperts. So I removed the domain from the existing spampanel account, I switched back its MX records to my local ones, but still I cannot provision the service via whmcs market connect. It always says: Domain is already pointed to SpamExperts mail exchange (MX) servers. Please point the domains MX records back to your local mail server and try again. Any hints, please? I've restarted BIND dns server on the server that hosts the whmcs install, but it did not help. I've also deleted the order and placed a new one, for the same domain, but it didn't help.
