Client Profile Search Not Working

This issues seemed to just appear today - without an upgrade or other changes.

It used to be that the drop down arrow / search area on Client account pages would list clients and I could search as well.

Now, there is no listing of accounts and all searches return "Client ID Not Found"

I've tried a few different browsers with the same issue.

The system search at the top right works perfectly fine and the Clients > View/Search Clients page works fine as well. 
 

Any ideas?
