I see that this is only happening when attempting to visit the 'register.php' page. Could you please check if your installation has the 'register.php' file present inside your WHMCS directory? If not, download a fresh copy of the version of WHMCS you are using here Once downloaded, upload the 'register.php' file to your WHMCS directory.
