WHMCS Daily System Cron Attention Needed

Recommended Posts

Good evening community whmcs. I have a problem with the cron.

I am receiving several emails alerting me that cron has an error:

Your WHMCS is configured to perform the Daily System Cron during the hour of 9 am. However, the Daily System Cron did not execute within that hour as expected.

I have followed the steps of the documentation already established but it still does not work.

For example on the main page it indicates:

Last Automation Run: 1 week ago NEEDS ATTENTION:

When I click on the red NEED ATTETION bar, the cron message is in the OK state:

I already create the cron command in the cpanel:

I really do not know what to do with this problem because I receive many emails:

I would be very grateful for your response. I am a reseller of hosting. If a moderator could assist me better I could send him the license key for better attention.

Hello,

Thank you for your post!

Navigate to 'Setup -> General Settings -> Other' and enable 'Display Errors', once enabled, execute the command below in the CLI on your server (you may need to ask your web host or server admin to do this):

php -q /home/livehost/whmcsdata/crons/cron.php --force -vvv

This will force the cron to execute all of it's schedule tasks as well as provide a verbose output. Feel free to post the output in this thread for further advice, or, if you believe the output contains sensitive information, raise a ticket with us providing that information.
