neaweb6
Hello, I noticed today that when one of my clients replies to a support ticket, it is showing up with the wrong time stamp. For example, I was going back and forth with a client with me replying to a ticket and then the client replying back. It went back and forth for about 10 messages. All of my client's ticket responses were grouped together and all of my responses were below it. I looked at the time stamps and saw that his replies were stamped at 21:00, 21:08, 21:15, etc. and my replies at 16:00 and onwards. The WHMCS time also showed the correct time stamp (16:00 at the time). Does anyone know of a way to troubleshoot this issue? Thanks!
WHMCS Technical Analyst II WHMCS Alex Posted May 10, 2018 WHMCS Technical Analyst II Share Posted May 10, 2018 Hello, Thank you for your post! This indicates that the command line interface on your server is using a different PHP configuration to the one your WHMCS installation is using (which is common) and that configuration has a different 'date.timezone' set. I would recommend reaching out to your server admin or web host to review that for you.` I hope this helps.
