Cody Salter Posted December 11, 2007 Share Posted December 11, 2007 Ok, I know almost nothing about PHP although I can look at the code and self determine what the functions are etc. What I want to do, is have an area on my support page on my site, outside of WHMCS, where it shows the amount of open tickets, and the amount of closed and processed. Open = Status Open Processed = Status Customer Reply> On hold> In progress and answered.
