Third part Payment Gateway option dont appear to client

Dear Community,

I have installed a Third Part Payment gateway Module for tests, the gateway at the moment does not need configuration data such as Account ID and Shared key, it appears in the available payment gateways and in the administration of existing gateways too.

The payment gateway is enabled to be used in a product.

But for some reason the payment gateway option does not appear to the Customer in the payment options at the time of doing the purchase.

Please help me by indicating the necessary configurations to solve this problem.
