cPanel Connection Trouble

Recommended Posts

Hello,

Most recently, I purchased a web hosting reseller package. So, I was busy adding in my cPanel information when I came access this very annoying error. In order to check if the connection is valid, you must click Test Connection. So, after entering in my username, my passkey, along with my API Token, I select Test Connection, but it leaves me with an error saying 'Array'.

At first, I simply thought it was just me doing this wrong as I have never setup a web reseller before. That being said, I submitted a ticket to the host I am reselling off of, and I let them try it from their end. Weirdly enough, it didn't work for them either. They even tested running it with a new generated API Token, yet they couldn't get it solved. They told me to come here for support regarding this as it isn't their problem (so they say).

WHMCS Version: 7.4.2

If someone with the right knowledge and hands can provide me with help here, I would much appreciate it as I've been going at this for a few days now.

Thanks for the help in advanced!

Have a nice day everyone,

Hi @Snownode,

I'd like to invite you to open a support ticket with us for this so that we can perform some troubleshooting steps for you.

To quickly open a support ticket, you can click here.

Please make sure to submit your access details securely within the ticket so that we can access your installation and if possible, provide access to your filesystem so that we may also investigate your PHP Error Logs.

Best regards,
