WHMCSGLOBALSERVICES - Worst Support EVER

I've had some experience over the years with some really bad companies, with horrible support. This one takes the cake. I've spent many hundreds of dollars with them on various  modules. They've always taken their sweet time to respond to anything. Most recently, my issue is their Nextcloud module. It hasn't been updated in over a year. It's not compatible with WHMCS 7.5/PHP 7.1 or PHP 7.2/Nextcloud 13. I've opened a ticket with them, with no avail. I've had to hack the crap out of their module (which on the WHMCS side, is ionCube encoded). I've been able to edit a few files on the Nextcloud and WHMCS side that weren't encrypted, to get it "semi-working". It basically works only to provision and delete a user. You can't view users/groups or do much of anything else. This took me hours to figure out.

I just wanted to reach out to the community and let you all know what a terrible company they are. I'd like to hear other peoples experiences with them as well if possible.

UPDATE: They have updated their module to support Nextcloud 13/WHMCS 7.5/PHP 7.2. But still failed to ever notify me or respond to my ticket.
