Being Told to Install IonCube to Install WHMCS When It Is Already Installed

Hello,

I am currently using CentOS 7 with PHP 5.6

I have downloaded WHMCS 7 and have the following output when running 

php -v

ea-php-cli Copyright 2017 cPanel, Inc.

When I visit my URL for the install/install.php file, this is what I am faced with:

Site error: the ionCube PHP Loader needs to be installed. This is a widely used PHP extension for running ionCube protected PHP code, website security and malware blocking. Please visit get-loader.ioncube.com for install assistance.

 

What am I doing wrong? I have been doing a lot of research and just can't figure this out...

I would like to clarify:

It seems that when I run 

php -v

in my main root directory, this is the response I get:

We can see that the right ionCube loader is there that I need... But when I go into my websites public_html directory and run the same command, these are the results:

Maybe this issue is that the user account is clearly using a different version of PHP and does not have the appropriate ionCube installation. I will change that to 5.6 and see how it goes

I cannot edit my posts, so this is how I got it to work:

I went into my WHM and used mutliPHP Manager to change that user to the correct PHP version. Did not realize that was even a thing!

My section only has 7.2 and 7.3 and I changed it to both but still get that error

was there anything further you had to do to make this work?
