So I'm new to WHMCS and just reselling in general (but reasonably experienced as a system admin), and I was wondering what the whole idea of a `points balance` is for within MarketConnect and at Enom, for example. Provided you are selling everything with enough headroom for a profit, why is a points balance required? It doesn't make much sense to me. Echelon Digital Tech Posted May 22, 2018 Share Posted May 22, 2018 My understanding is that you need to have money (points) setup with the connection so you can provision the services your clients buy from you. Basically you are buying it and then collecting from the client whatever money you wish.
