WHMCS Created Cpanel Account With Errors

Hi All

Sorry my english language is not very good

I have Two server : Server A and Server B

When install latest version of whmcs in "Server A" without any active modules :

1-I config "Server A" and created new product in whmcs admin panel

2-Send new order from clientarea panel , after payment step get this error in my web browser, but created cpanel account complete :

The connection was reset.
Try:
Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
Running Network Diagnostics
ERR_CONNECTION_RESET

After install empty whmcs without any active modules on "Server B" After configed "Server A" in WHMCS Admin Panel :

All Its,Work And Cpanel Hosting Account Created Very Well Without Any Errors

Notes :

When config internal cpanel server in whmcs : created cpanel hosting account with connection was reset error

When config external cpanel server in whmcs : created cpanel hosting account without any errors

Why ?
