ithosts
I have a number of clients that I am billing using Paypal invoices, but now they would perfer to switch to Paypal subscription. Is there a simple way to do this? I have tried just switching the payment type from Invoice to subscription in the Products / Services page, but then the customer does not have a way to make payment as no invoice is sent. I am sure I am just missing something. Thanks.
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted December 7, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted December 7, 2007 You must be running on an old version of WHMCS prior to where subscriptions were invoiced so just upgrade and you'll be able to offer it. Not sure how this is pre-sales, moved to Technical Issues. Matt

PPH
Hello, I am currently running 3.3.0Is that one of the versions that did not support subscriptions being invoiced? You should upgrade to get the invoicing feature. They will then have an invoice that they can use the subscription button as long as done before the due date. Edit: Looking at the release forum version 3.4 contained the new paypal module. Those features can be found here: http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?t=5930
