nitaish
Whenever we add an order for any product or domain in WHMCS, the recurring amount is set as per the price set for the product and the renewal price set for the specific TLD. Now, if there is a change in the price of the product or the TLD, the recurring amount does not automatically change. This causes the renewal invoice to be generated as per the recurring amount set for the product/domain and not as per the revised price. The only option is to change the auto-calculate the price for each order. Now this is a very tedious job when there are a few thousand orders for which the automatic invoices are raised. Is there any workaround to re-calculate the recurring price of all the orders whenever the product/domain price is changed?
WHMCS Technical Analyst II WHMCS Alex Posted December 21, 2017 WHMCS Technical Analyst II Share Posted December 21, 2017 Hello, Thank you for your post! I would advise using the 'Bulk Pricing Updater' addon module seen here - https://docs.whmcs.com/Bulk_Pricing_Updater This addon utility allows you to perform system wide price changes to existing clients. I hope this helps.
nitaish
I cam across this add-on and tried to change the recurring amount for two TLDs. So far, it is working good. Will update here if I face any problem.
