jamieharrop
Hello, I've been trying to amend some of my 'General Settings' inside WHMCS (change of postal address). Each time I try to save the settings, I receive an error: "You don't have permission to access /rbadmin/configgeneral.php on this server." I've searched for a solution, and all information in the public domain seems to suggest this is a Mod Security issue. See https://whmcs.community/topic/168333-weird-issue-with-configgeneralphp/ I've spoken to my web host who have disabled Mod Security via htaccess, but I'm still getting the same error. They have exhausted all their options and suggested I seek help here. Does anybody have any idea what may be causing this? I'm using the latest version of WHMCS, but I also had the error on the previous version (I hoped upgrading would solve it but it didn't). Many thanks, Jamie
