Pritha Posted December 15, 2017 Share Posted December 15, 2017 Hello There! I'm integrating your OpenTicket API for one of my client and need to add some attachment with the tickets submitted. Now, in the open ticket API I can't see any option to add the attachment however I can see the "attachment" index in GetTicket & GetTickets replies. I'm really confused what's going on here.
