WHMCS Emails Being Rejected by Gmail Mail Servers

Recommended Posts

Hello, I am hoping someone can help me resolve this issue I am having with sending emails from whmcs to clients that are using Gmail as there primary contact email address.

Below is a copy of the bounce back email I receive from Gmail

This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

  brentdynamics@gmail.com
    host gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com [173.194.205.26]
SMTP error from remote mail server after pipelined end of data:

This is my spf record for the domain.

root.media	text = "v=spf1 +a +mx +ip4:192.145.239.44 +ip4:144.208.69.254 +include:smtp.servconfig.com +include:res203.servconfig.com -all"

This is my dmarc dns settings

_dmarc.root.media	text = "v=DMARC1; p=reject; rua=mailto:authfail@root.media; ruf=mailto:authfail@root.media; sp=reject; ri=14400"

My mail settings are set to SMTP in whmcs using the servers hostname, ssl and authentication user for the primary email address for outbound emails from whmcs. I have also attached a screen shot of the settings page for whmcs mail

Thank You for the help with this issue.
