Mr_NightRyder Posted November 8, 2017 Share Posted November 8, 2017 Our WHMCS was working fine up until recently and today I just started getting the following error: "Unable to open file!" nothing has changed in the environment so I see no reason it should have stopped working. I checked the PHP version and it's still on 7.0 I checked the db and all the info is present. I checked the config file and it also has the correct mysql login. I reinstalled whmcs from scratch with nothing special and same error again. I suspect it may be a licensing issue at this point.
