ID Protect

Hi,

I was wondering if it is possible for clients to add ID Protect to existing domains and have WHMCS automatically bill the client accordingly and send the request to Enom to have it activated?

Also how is ID Protect then renewed in both the case of new domains with it activated and in the case of the above been possible?

Hi,

Did you ever find a solution to this? I have an existing customer who has asked for ID Protect on his domains I have had to purchase it manually via enom then check the box in the customers domain settings.

I can't see where i can set the ID Protect renewal date for example

Customer1.com domain renews 01/09/2008

ID Protect Renewal date is 18/01/2009

Thanks

Aaron

As an interim solution, add to domaindetails a link to a "product" to let them order it, and apply it through the admin system. AFAICT its "missing" from there as a directly orderable "blit-on" which suprises me that got missed :(

ID protect expires when the domain expires, so if the user adds it 11months later they only get 1 months "benefit"
