TDub
In my testing, I registered a domain name and ID protect via WHMCS and Enom. It worked ok and I was billed accordingly. But as I was fooling around I clicked the Renew Domain button. Thought I'd get a popup or something saying "are you sure you want to renew this domain" but it didn't. It just processed the renewal. Well, the domain renewed at eNom, but not in WHMCS and I wasn't invoiced. The expiration date of the domain is still showing one year from the order date instead of two. Anyone know what might have happened?
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted November 29, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted November 29, 2007 The Enom Renew button in the admin area is a manual overide option that interfaces directly with the registrar - that's why it's in the Registrar Commands buttons section. It does nothing in WHMCS - it simply runs the registrar command selected. Matt
