xlegends
Enable Termination Ticking this option will terminate the clients’ package (remove it from the server) according to the setting below. Termination Days Once the product/service is this many days overdue the clients’ account will be terminated. Hi guys, Do this delete the entire client account from database or only their expired product?
AffordableDomainsCanada
Do this delete the entire client account from database or only their expired product? It does NOT delete anything! The service status is set to Terminated. The clients account is still active, but that specific service will just be terminated.
xlegends
I dont even think it matters in my case. I dont use modules that need to be turned off. I cant integrate my product so everything has to be done manual anyways. Just wanted to make sure it was deleting customer accounts. Thx ADA..
AffordableDomainsCanada
Just wanted to make sure it was deleting customer accounts. I just want to make sure you are clear that it DOES NOT delete the customers account! For instance, If a client signs up for a free 7 day trial, on day 7 the service will get set to Terminated. Even if there is no module automation, you can still pull a report and see which services need to be terminated or already have been set to terminated and you will have to go through and manually terminate those accounts.
