iHelpersLLC
I posted this in the upgrades section then realized this is a better place to post. I'm currently using WHMCS 7.0.1 on PHP 5.6. My host allows me to easily switch PHP versions and when I switch to PHP 7 i get the following errors: Fatal error: Uncaught RuntimeException: PHP's json extension is required to use Monolog's NormalizerFormatter in /home/public_html/vendor/monolog/monolog/src/Monolog/Formatter/NormalizerFormatter.php:34 Stack trace: #0 /home/public_html/vendor/monolog/monolog/src/Monolog/Formatter/LineFormatter.php(42): Monolog\Formatter\NormalizerFormatter->__construct(NULL) #1 /home/public_html/vendor/monolog/monolog/src/Monolog/Handler/AbstractHandler.php(182): Monolog\Formatter\LineFormatter->__construct() #2 /home/public_html/vendor/monolog/monolog/src/Monolog/Handler/AbstractHandler.php(112): Monolog\Handler\AbstractHandler->getDefaultFormatter() #3 /home/public_html/vendor/monolog/monolog/src/Monolog/Handler/AbstractProcessingHandler.php(35): Monolog\Handler\AbstractHandler->getFormatter() #4 /home/public_html/vendor/monolog/monolog/src/Monolog/Logger.php(336): Monolog\Handler\AbstractProcessingHandler->handle(Array) #5 /home//public_htm in /home//public_html/vendor/monolog/monolog/src/Monolog/Formatter/NormalizerFormatter.php on line 34 But when I check PHP info, PHP's json extension IS installed: json support enabled json version 1.4.0 Not sure where to go or how to troubleshoot.
iHelpersLLC
False alarm.. This turned out to be a hosting issue.. It turns out you can't have a local PHP.INI file in the ADMIN folder when using MultiPHP.
