WHMCS CEO Matt Posted November 23, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted November 23, 2007 After months of waiting, Kayako have finally completed the full WHMCS integration that has been promised for so long! It will be included in our next release - V3.5 - in early December. For most of our users, this is not going to make any difference as the built in WHMCS support features are perfectly adequate for what they need, but for those that need the extra features Kayako offers then it will be able to entirely replace the Announcements, Downloads, Knowledgebase and Ticketing System of WHMCS. For those not aware of Kayako, it has greater control & options on the admin side with SLA's, Escalations & Teamwork, but will not add any extra features to the WHMCS client area.
