whmcs s not sending original Hosting Account Welcome Email template

but when I delete

 

"Control Panel URL: http://{$service_server_ip}:2082/

Once your domain has propagated, you may also use http://www.{$service_domain}:2082/

Server IP: {$service_server_ip}"

 

this part whmcs is able to send email.

 

Can someone help me ?

What do your activity logs show as the error?

 

Is it "Email Sending Failed - SMTP Error: data not accepted." by any chance?

 

If so I have had exactly the same issue and it was to do with the message being rejected by the outgoing mail server as SPAM (I use SpamExperts for all outgoing and incoming).

 

All other emails worked fine and all other domains, it was just the one domain name that was causing the error.

 

The resolution for me was to amend the SPAM score threshold.
