DeWebDude Posted May 30, 2017 Share Posted May 30, 2017 Hello, Trying to clarify something that I'm not seeing explained in the documentation. Lets say I have a client which has 2 divisions, we create client A-1 and client A-2. Now I add the billing contact which is the same person for both clients as a contact under both clients. I am able to actually add the contact and email address under both clients and check invoices lets say as an option. If I want one to have an active sub-account things break a little, as long as I don't have to edit either contact everything appears OK, however once I try to update either, I'm out of luck. Can someone provide a little clarification on this so I can get it right? I do understand they both can't sign into the client front end because it won't know which account the user is connecting to.
