Support Pin

Hello,

 

I'm looking to get a quote for a WHMCS addon in which will help verify a clients authenticity. Basically think of Namecheap, a little 8 digit pin that a client has to give to a support operator to confirm they're the real account holder.

 

The pin should refresh every hour. The admin can search the pin in the Admin panel to locate the customers account.

these addon do following

Easy verification of your via PIN code. You have to generate your pin at your customer account and then give it your live supporter or telephone supporter so they know it is a valid request.

 

You can set which employee should have access to all last generated support pins or if they should check the provided PIN over a search mask.

Please check its functionality and let me know if this is ok or you require customization in it so i can do them further.
