Form Token

Hello,

 

In a custom clientarea page I want to add a form. As I can see in other pages there is a hidden input:

<input type="hidden" name="token" value="...................." />

 

My question is if the value is a system variable to place it directly to template or is a value from a function that I must set in the php file.

 

Any help will be appreciated.
