Problems with support tickets on both my own installation and from whmcs.com

Hi guys,

I tried to submit a support ticket earlier on through the client section on whmcs.com. When I view tickets, the ticket is nowhere in there, despite the system assigning me a ticket id.

Funnily enough, my problem was relating to the same. With my local WHMCS, however, it will accept and create support tickets through WHMCS, it just won't pipe properly.

I'm using PHP 5.2.4, when I run the pipe command through shell, I get back:

Failed loading /usr/local/ioncube/ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so: /usr/local/ioncube/ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so: undefined symbol: zend_throw_exception_hook

Also if I run the pop command through shell.

I've tried changing the zend in php.ini to use the ioncube_loader_lin_5.2_ts.so, however, that just feeds back a different error message:

Failed loading /usr/local/ioncube/ioncube_loader_lin_5.2_ts.so: /usr/local/ioncube/ioncube_loader_lin_5.2_ts.so: undefined symbol: core_globals_id

Should php -q /home/pathtomydir/public_html/whmcs/pipe/pipe.php command work through shell or should I try another means of running it to debug the problem.

Thanks,

Andi
