notice / termination?

I think it is because of my bad english understanding that i can not find the answer to my question, so please forgive me:

 

If i have a product in WHMCS and a customers wants to cancel the product, i do want him to do this 8 weeks before ending date. If he cancel the product 7 weeks before ending date, he have to pay for another year again. Where can i find these settings?
