HELM4 Bug

Dear Friends,

 

I am using HELM4 with the new version of WHMCS but it seems that there is a bug in WHMCS-HELM4 integration since I am receiving the below error. I hope that somebody who is using HELM4 can help in solving this issue.

 

Scenario:

1 - Create a new package with the following processing option selected "Automatically create the account when you manually accept a pending order".

 

2 - A client user tries to purchase this package through his WHMCS interface

 

3 - The administrator checks the pending orders and click "Accept Order" for the requested order (Note That Create Account checkbox is automatically selected).

 

This is resulting in the error:

The administrator will receive "Account Creation Failed: The required field 'UserAccountID' does not have a value"

I am also having the same problem when I try run the 'suspend' option in the service for a client.

Also H4 with latest WHMCS

I have submitted a support request for this. Hope we can resolve it

If it's a Helm4 problem it will never get fixed with the asses at parallels

After trying to understand the support request, I figured it out.

 

In the Helm, the account name needs to be the same as the WHMCS users logon name (ie email address)
